1st International Scientific Conference "Legal Regulation of the Digital Economy and Digital Relations: Problems and Prospects of Development" (LARDER 2020)

22nd-23rd of October 2020, Prague (Czech Republic)

The 1st International Conference aims at bringing together researchers and stakeholders from the fields of law, economics, information and communication technologies (ICT), management and marketing, social sciences, as well as the representatives of the executive and legislative authorities, local self-government, judges, lawyers, managers, and specialists of legal services of enterprises, commercial organizations, postgraduates and undergraduates majoring in law and information and communication technologies.

The conference will offer a wide range of keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster presentations, as well as roundtable discussions. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held in on-line format. The conference builds upon 7 previous successful conferences on the related topics held in Prague in 2017-2020.

The 2020 1st LARDER conference consists of 7 main Tracks:

  • Development of the digital economy and digital relations
  • Civil law regulation of the digital economy and digital relations
  • Administrative responsibility for violations in digital relations
  • Criminal liability for violations in digital relations
  • Topical problems in digital economy and digital relations
  • Digital economy and digital energy security
  • Public administration, e-government, and digitalization

Guidelines for papers: All papers should be original and plagiarism-free (the fact will be checked using PlagScan software). Recommended length: 4-6 pages (Times New Roman 10, single-spaced). Papers should be prepared in English. Please download the paper template below.

The accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings by Atlantis Press. All papers will be peer-reviewed by independent reviewers (double blind peer-review). In addition, al papers will be subjected to anti-plagiarism check. The Conference organizers reserve the right not to accept any paper for publication in the Conference Book of Proceedings in case it does not meet the formal criteria or does not pass the peer review or the plagiarism check.

Biographical note:

Prague Institute for Qualification Enhancement (PRIZK) is a private, for-profit educational institution accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (www.prizk.cz). It is entitled to run certified courses (level 5) for teachers and lecturers.

PRIZK was established in 2015 and since then it organized more than 60 online and on-site qualification enhancement programmes and traineeships educating more than 3000 lecturers, professors, researchers and students from Azerbaijan, Colombia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, and Russia. Apart from schooling and educational activities, it organizes international conferences, acts as a publishing house, and as an independent think-tank and consultancy.
