Call for papers

2nd International Conference on Social, economic, and academic leadership (ICSEAL 2018)

18th-19th of June 2018, Prague (Czech Republic)

The 2nd International Conference aims at bringing together researchers and stakeholders from the fields of business, economics, education, social sciences, psychology and behavioral sciences, pedagogy and linguistics, as well as policy-makers responsible for the creation and maintenance of the sets of rules for the future sustainable development of business and education.

The conference will offer a wide range of keynote speeches, oral presentations and poster presentations, as well as roundtables and workshops.

The conference builds upon the 1st conference on the related topics held in Prague in September 2017. The materials of the 2017 conference were published as a book of proceedings by Springer and are available here. The materials of the 2018 conference will be published by Atlantis Press.

The 2018 ICSEAL conference is comprised of 6 main Tracks:

  • Leadership, energy, and sustainable growth
  • Leadership and global security

Guidelines for papers: All papers should be original and plagiarism-free (the fact will be checked using PlagScan software). Recommended length: 8-10 pages (Times New Roman 10, single-spaced). Papers should be prepared in English. Please download the paper template below.

The accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings by Atlantis Press. All papers will be peer-reviewed by independent reviewers (double blind peer-review). The Conference organizers reserve the right not to accept any paper for publication in the Conference Book of Proceedings in case it does not meet the formal criteria or does not pass the peer review.

Conference participation:

  • Full conference participation with poster presentation: digital copy of conference book; conference program; conference certificate; participation in all conference activities; conference materials, coffee/tea breaks.
  • Full participation for accompanying person: conference program; conference certificate; participation in all conference activities;coffee/tea breaks.

Biographical note:

Prague Institute for Qualification Enhancement (PRIZK) is a private, for-profit educational institution accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (www.prizk.cz). It is entitled to run certified courses (level 5) for teachers and lecturers.

PRIZK was established in 2015 and since then it organized more than 30 qualification enhancement programmes and traineeships educating more than 2000 lecturers, professors, researchers and students from Azerbaijan, Colombia, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, and Russian Federation. Apart from schooling and educational activities, it organizes international conferences, acts as a publishing house, and as an independent think-tank and consultancy.
