2nd Conference on Traditional and Renewable Energy Sources: perspectives and paradigms for the 21st century (TRESP II 2021)

13th-14th of August 2021, Prague (Czech Republic)

The 2nd International Conference aims at bringing together researchers and stakeholders from the fields of energy economics and policy, sustainable development, renewable and traditional energy sources, earth sciences, energy research and social sciences, as well as policy-makers responsible for the creation and maintenance of the sets of rules for the future sustainable development and growth.

TRESP II 2021 International Conference is a follow-up event of the successful 1st International Conference of the same topic that was held in Prague on the 22nd-23rd of January 2021. The proceedings of the TRESP 2021 Conference were published in E3S Web of Conferences by EDP Sciences and can be found here.

The conference will offer a wide range of keynote speeches, oral presentations, and poster presentations, as well as round tables and workshops. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held in hybrid (both on site and on-line) format. The participants taking part in person are required to have "COVID-19 green passports" (vaccination certificates, antibodies confirmation) or PCR tests (taken at least 72 hours prior to the event).

The materials from the conference will be published in the conference proceedings subjected to indexing in prestigious databases (TBC).

Guidelines for papers: All papers should be original and plagiarism-free (the fact will be checked using anti-plagiarism software). Please download the paper template below.

The accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings. All papers will be peer-reviewed by independent reviewers (double blind peer-review). The Conference organizers reserve the right not to accept any paper for publication in the Conference Book of Proceedings in case it does not meet the formal criteria or does not pass the peer review.

Biographical note: 

Prague Institute for Qualification Enhancement (PRIZK) is a private, for-profit educational institution accredited by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (www.prizk.cz). It is entitled to run certified courses (level 5) for teachers and lecturers.

PRIZK was established in 2015 and since then it organized more than 70 online and on-site qualification enhancement programmes and traineeships educating more than 3000 lecturers, professors, researchers and students from Azerbaijan, Colombia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, and Russian Federation. Apart from schooling and educational activities, it organizes international conferences, acts as a publishing house, and as an independent think-tank and consultancy.
