2nd International Conference "Entrepreneurial and sustainable academic leadership" (ESAL2018) aims at bringing together entrepreneurs, academics, researchers and policy-makers from the fields of business, economics, education, social sciences, psychology and behavioral sciences, pedagogy and linguistics responsible for the creation and maintenance of the sets of rules for the future sustainable development of entrepreneurial and academic leadership.
The conference will offer a wide range of novel keynote speeches, paper presentations, and poster presentations, as well as several roundtables, seminars, and workshops.
The conference builds upon the 1st International Conference on the related topics held in Prague in September 2017. The materials of the 2017 conference were printed as a book of proceedings by Springer Nature group and are available here.
The ESAL2018 conference is comprised of 3 main Tracks:
- Entrepreneurial leadership
- Sustainable leadership
- Academic leadership

Guidelines for papers:
After rigorous peer review, all papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be published by Springer in March 2019 in the Springer Proceedings in Business and Economics and submitted for indexation to Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index (Web of Science Core Collection). All conference papers intended for the book of proceedings should be original and plagiarism-free (the fact will be checked using PlagScan software). Recommended length: 6-8 pages. The paper template is available below:
All papers will be peer-reviewed by independent reviewers (double blind peer-review). The Conference organizers reserve the right not to accept any paper for publication in the Conference Book of Proceedings in case it does not meet the formal criteria or does not pass the peer review.
Conference fee: 300 EUR
